Welcome to SPACK ("Smart Preparation AI Curriculum Kit"). By downloading, accessing, or using the SPACK mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use SPACK.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SPACK. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian permission. SPACK is designed for students preparing for exams (JAMB, NECO, WAEC, Post-UTME, etc.).
SPACK provides an AI-powered platform that generates custom exam questions based on:
Users answer questions interactively, receive scores, and are prompted to rewrite failed questions each time they launch the app.
You may use SPACK without an account. However, creating an account allows you to sync your quiz history and failed questions across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

SPACK uses artificial intelligence to generate questions. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally produce questions that are incorrect, outdated, or not perfectly aligned with your curriculum. You should use SPACK as a supplementary study tool and verify critical information with official sources or teachers. SPACK is not responsible for any inaccuracies in generated questions.
SPACK currently offers free features with optional premium plans (if applicable). Any subscription fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Payments are processed via Google Play or Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to their respective policies. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via app settings. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
SPACK is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated questions will match your exact exam syllabus perfectly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPACK and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of grades, exam results, or study time. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPACK from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your uploaded content.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
